The present invention relates to a vertical wall and high-slope afforestation method and an aggregate container, a shelf assembly and a water supply device used thereto. In the present invention, a shelf assembly (10) comprises a support (12) and a support plate (20). Both ends of a horizontal supply pipe (36) are connected to vertical supply pipes (30) separated at certain intervals inside the vegetation soil (40), and a water pipe (38) is provided in the horizontal supply pipe (36). The inside of the water pipe (38) is filled with a filler (38), and a decompression valve (37') is provided on a connection pipe (37) which connects the water pipe (38) with the horizontal supply pipe (36). In the present invention, the shelf assembly (10) supports the weight of the vegetation soil (40) more efficiently and supplies water to the inside of the vegetation soil (40) more effectively.
