摘要

The present invention discloses a method, equipment and system for improving success rate. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a credit control request sent from a front-end equipment, wherein the credit control request includes applied traffic and a user identity; determining, according to the user identity, that the current request meets with the free resources processing condition and generating a free resources account detail; rating the applied traffic and generating a cash account detail; sending the credit control request, which carries the cash account detail and the free resources account detail, to the Account Balance Management(ABM) center so that the Account Balance Management center performs cost accounting on the basis of the cash account detail and the free resources account detail. When the balance of the free resources account is zero, without the necessary of sending a message to an Online Charging System (OCS) again by the ABM, the cost accounting is performed directly by using the cash account, so as to reduce the message interaction between the OCS and the ABM, decrease the multiple rating tasks of the OCS, and raise the efficiency of charging.
