A stepping speed-regulating control device for a DC motor. The control device includes a motor (4). An output shaft (5) of the motor is connected to a grating (6) for cutting an optical coupler (7). The output terminal of the optical coupler is connected to a microprocessor (1). The microprocessor is connected to the motor through a motor driving circuit (2). The control device is simple in structure, and allows the motor to be stopped after the motor has rotated a certain angle or to achieve the effect of stepping speed regulation.
