The health management apparatus comprises: a receiving unit for receiving body information data from the bio-signal measuring terminal; data categorizing means for categorizing body information from the body information data received by the receiving unit; storage means for storing the body information; data analysis means for analyzing the body information stored in the storage means, when input or set analysis conditions for a user analysis request signal are satisfied; and a control unit including control means for receiving an input signal from an input unit and controlling the operation of the data analysis means, and for receiving the analysis results of the data analysis means and transmitting the analysis results via an output unit to an output terminal.
