Disclosed are a service provision device for electronic documents, a service provision method for electronic documents, and a service provision terminal for electronic documents that electronically support interaction between people and books during browsing of electronic books and also provide added value by conversion to electronic format.　A server device applies a page identifier to each electronic page in an electronic book made up of electronic pages that have been converted to electronic format, and manages the electronic book as a primary electronic book. Any number of electronic sub-pages, which are the pages that correspond to the electronic pages, are generated, an auxiliary identifier is applied to each electronic sub-page, and an electronic personal sub-book made up of electronic sub-pages is generated and managed for each user that generated the electronic sub-pages. The page identifiers and the auxiliary identifiers are associated and managed. A terminal device provided with a touch screen receives operations from the user, and data corresponding to the user operation is added as interaction data on the electronic sub-page. The primary electronic book and the electronic personal sub-book are displayed on the touch screen in accordance with requests received from the user.
