METHOD AND TALKING TERMINAL FOR IMPLEMENTING MULTIPARTY CALL

A method and a talking terminal for implementing a multiparty call are disclosed in the present invention, including that: according to acquired final results of a call of a called talking terminal or a passively hanging-up talking terminal and the call channel identification number(CID) corresponding to the call, a protocol stack generates an expansion AT command and sends the expansion AT command to a call management service layer of the talking terminal which the protocol stack is located in; and the call management service layer analyzes the expansion AT command, manages the CID and the final results, which are acquired by the analysis, and performs the call control according to the CID and the final results. With the technical scheme of the present invention, the problem of the chaotic status in a single channel-based multiparty call process is solved.
