INDUSTRIAL POWER BOILER, OPERATING METHOD AND CONTROL SYSTEM

The invention relates to power engineering and can be used in the development and use of industrial power boilers. The essence of the invention is that fuel and air are supplied and are burnt in a combustion chamber and an afterburning chamber of the boiler; as the combustion products are discharged from the afterburning chamber, they are split into two streams, the first stream being directed to a heat exchanger for cooling and the second stream being directed to a bypass to which an additional stream of air is supplied. A system is also proposed for controlling the operation of the boiler, in which a control unit is connected at the input to a temperature sensor, a gas analyzer and a regulator for regulating the supply of air and fuel for burning, and is connected at the output to a regulator for regulating the supply of air for mixing with the combustion products passing through the bypass. The boiler design reduces the temperature loads on the bypass and stabilizes the temperature and composition of the combustion products at the boiler outlet.
