Production of polyurethanes and/or polyureas which are especially of the low amine emission type involves reaction of (A) compounds containing at least2 isocyanate groups and (B) water and/or compounds containing at least2 reactive hydrogen atoms in presence (C) a catalyst containing or comprising an amine oxide. An Independent claim is also included for the composition comprising (A), (B) and (C) and optionally also surfactant(s) as stabilizers, especially a silicone.
