The present invention relates to a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) inverter control device for a solar power generation system in which an inverter having an MPPT function corrects a temperature difference between sectors sprayed and not sprayed with cooling water. The control device of the present invention includes: a plurality of temperature correction sensors disposed at a plurality of photovoltaic array sectors which are split from a single photovoltaic array so as to detect a temperature change in the photovoltaic array sectors caused by spraying the cooling water, a temperature correction circuit which generates and outputs a corrected temperature value using a temperature signal transmitted by the temperature correction sensors, and an MPPT inverter which corrects a temperature sensing error in an MPPT operation in progress with reference to the corrected temperature value generated by the temperature correction circuit.
