A joint bearing and a connecting structure with the joint bearing are provided. The joint bearing comprises an outer ring (11), an inner ring (12) and a shaft sleeve (60), wherein the inner ring (12) arranged inside the outer ring (11) is sleeved outside the shaft sleeve (60). The connecting structure with the joint bearing comprises an outer ring (11), an inner ring (12) arranged inside the outer ring (11), a shaft sleeve (60), a pin shaft (30), a first part (40) and a second part (50), wherein the inner ring (12) is sleeved outside the shaft sleeve (60), the first part (40) encloses two ends of the shaft sleeve (60), the pin shaft (30) penetrates through the shaft sleeve (60) and the first part (40) so as to connect the shaft sleeve (60) and the first part (40), and the second part (50) is connected to the outer ring (11).The connecting structure has advantages of easy assembly and disassembly for the pin shaft, convenient maintenance, eliminating abnormal sound of the bearing and prolonging the service life of the bearing.
