The invention solves the question of receiving the lectine preparation used especially to improve the increases of body mass in separated piglets. The process of manufacturing of lectine preparation for the mammalians during which the analysis of the content of biologically active lectine is provided, distinguishes itself that the preparation is received in one-stage process of acid extraction of minced seeds of leguminous plants in the presence of water soluble natural antioxidants and that process of milling of the seeds of leguminous plants is performed in the temperature below 80°C and after the separating of the solid pieces the extract undergoes clotting process and thereafter the analysis is performed to assess the biological activity and the product is directed to further processing
