NON-STEPLESS MOVING-UP DEVICE AND NON-STEPLESS LIFTER DEVICE

A non-stepless moving-up device and a non-stepless lifter device of a simple structure, excellent operability and low cost which are capable of non-stepless vertical movement of a vertically moving body.The non-stepless moving-up device comprises: a vertically moving link which has a pivoting section to a base section and another pivoting section to the vertically moving body; a toothed link which is pivoted to either the base section or the vertically moving body, comprises a link ratchet and a link pinion located on an arc centering on the pertinent pivot axis, and swings in such a way as to be interlocked with the vertically moving link; an input member which is supported by a member in such a way as to be capable of swinging between a neutral position and a moved-up position and comprises an input pinion to mesh with the link pinion, said member being the vertically moving body or the base section, as applicable, which has the pivot axis for the toothed link; and a moving-up prevention latch mechanism which, at a neutral position for the input member, meshes with the link ratchet, thereby preventing the toothed link from upward swing, and which, when the input member is subjected to a swing operation in the moving-up direction, allows the upward swing of the toothed link.
