The present invention relates to a prefabricated construction method for a building having a cube structure using a plurality of panel members, edge connection members and corner connection members, wherein the panel members, edge connection members and corner connection members are lightweight to allow for ease of handling, transportation and construction. Each of the panel members, edge connection members and corner connection members is formed by bonding a core member and a surface member having superior heat insulating properties and structural strengths, and a building is constructed by assembling the panel members, edge connection members and corner connection members, thus improving heat insulating properties and structural strength of the constructed building. According to the present invention, each member is prevented from being deteriorated to thus improve durability, construction material is inexpensive, and construction can be performed in a quick and convenient manner to thus significantly reduce unit costs for construction, and increase adherence to consumer preferences. According to the present invention, structures of first and second floors are structurally reinforced to satisfy the structural strength required for a multi-storey building having a cube structure, and electric conduit construction may be performed in a convenient manner.
