摘要
The present invention relates to an aptazyme comprising an aptamer for a material encoded by Hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA, to a hammerhead ribozyme which possesses, in a portion released by self-cleavage, antisense for microRNA, and to a communication module sequence which interconnects the aptamer and the hammerhead ribozyme, and which induces the self-cleavage activity of the hammerhead ribozyme when the material encoded by HCV RNA is bound to the aptamer. The aptazyme of the present invention exhibits the effect of inhibiting an activity of the microRNA specifically in cells in which HCVs proliferate, and therefore a composition containing the aptazyme according to the present invention may be valuably used in treating HCV-related diseases.
