Disclosed are a double helix energy-saving fluorescent lamp tube (11) and energy-saving fluorescent lamp. A linear connecting section (3) is provided between the main body section (1) and the linear pin section (2), the linear connecting section (3) extends linearly along the tangent line of the end of the helical line (G) of the main body section (1).
