The present invention relates to a plant and to a method for in situ decontamination of soils contaminated by refractory organic compounds, where the hydraulic fracturing technique is combined with chemical oxidation implemented by means of ozonation.;The invention allows the application of decontamination, optimising it and adapting it to the specific conditions of the soil to be treated.
