The invention relates to devices for the therapy of peripheral circulatory disorders in the region of the lower extremities and to a computer programme for such a device. An embodiment of such an "antepulsation device" comprises several sleeves (712), which can be controlled independently from each other, for each extremity (714) to be treated; and a control unit (724) for controlling the sleeves (712). The control unit (724) is designed to control the following sleeves during a heart cycle (726): a proximal sleeve (714, 716) for reinforcing in an antegrad way a bloodstream (728, 730) circulating from a proximal point to a distal point, a first distal sleeve (718) for supporting the inflowing bloodstream (732), and/or a second distal sleeve (720) for supporting a venous and/or lymphatic drainage.
