Provided is a feedforward (FFW) linear power amplifier (LPA) with a negative group delay circuit. The FFW LPA satisfies a group delay match condition through the negative group delay circuit to improve linearity and efficiency, and does not use a delay element to reduce the volume and production cost of the LPA itself. To satisfy the group delay match condition, the negative group delay circuit having a resonance characteristic is installed in the FFW LPA, and delay elements can be removed from the FFW LPA.
