The present invention relates to a heat-dissipating device for a TV set-top box. The heat-dissipating device for a TV set-top box of the present invention is coupled to a middle lid that is placed between a bottom case on which a substrate is received and a top lid for covering the top surface of the bottom case, and comprises a heat sink having a first contact surface for contacting an exothermic element mounted on the substrate, a second contact surface for contacting the middle lid, and a conductive plate connectingly formed between the first contact surface and the second contact surface, wherein the heat sink is characterized by having formed therein a heat conductive portion on each of the first contact surface and the second contact surface. By using the heat-dissipating device for a TV set-top box of the present invention, heat generation inside a TV set-top box can occur smoothly without equipping the TV set-top box with a fan, which not only enables the TV set-top box to become smaller and lighter, but also reduces noise, and because smooth heat generation is possible even with a heat sink having a simple configuration, the manufacturing cost of the heat sink is reduced, and the durability of the TV set-top box is enhanced as well.
