A miniature breaker having short circuit self-locking function and a miniature breaker having position state detecting function are provided. Both of the two miniature breakers comprise: a first miniature breaker (61) arranged on an electric power line, and a miniature breaker action output device (1). A motor (35), an action unit and a control unit (34) are arranged in the housing (10) of the miniature breaker action output device (1), wherein the motor (35) is used for outputting a torsion, the action unit obtains the torsion outputted by the motor (35) and converts it into switching-on or breaking action of the first miniature breaker (61), and the control unit (34) controls the motor (35) to rotate and stop. In the housing (10) of the miniature breaker action output device (1) which belongs to the miniature breaker having short circuit self-locking function, a short circuit protection linkage unit is further set, and when the first miniature breaker (61) generates a disconnecting action due to a short circuit fault, the linkage unit provides an action signal to the control unit (34), so that the control unit (34) makes the motor (35) stop rotating after short circuit occurred in the first miniature breaker (61). In the housing (10) of the miniature breaker action output device (1) which belongs to the miniature breaker having position state detecting function, a position state detecting mechanism is further set, and when the first miniature breaker's (61) switching-on or breaking action reaches an appointed position, the detecting mechanism triggers the control unit (34) to control the motor (35) to stop rotating.
