The present invention relates: to a truss structure corresponding to the second moment of a support part, whereby it is possible to efficiently increase strength and stiffness with respect to axial forces and the second moment by configuring an upper chord member so as to have an open section opening at the top as a plurality of I shapes or U shapes while at the same time joining transverse reinforcing bars in a fixing hole on the inside, and by providing ribs on the end part of the upper chord member in an internal support section while at the same time filling with concrete, and by then tensioning a steel material such that a tensile sectional force comes to act; and to a production method for the truss structure; and also to a truss bridge using the truss structure corresponding to the second moment of the support part; and to a method for constructing the truss bridge.
