There are cases in which electromagnetic waves emitted from a certain device affect another device so that the behavior of the other device is destabilized. The present invention, by being provided with a detailed database for apparatuses which emit electromagnetic waves, allows calculation of the spatial distribution of electromagnetic waves emitted from electric and electronic devices in order to provide a system which enables evaluating the effect of the electromagnetic waves upon the electric and electronic devices.
