Disclosed is a supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler having a dual return path-type heated evaporation surface. The boiler comprises a descending section water-cooled screen inlet header (26) connected to a water-cooled boiler chamber wall outlet header (24), a descending section water-cooled screen (27) connected to the descending section water-cooled screen inlet header (26), a water-cooled screen collection header (28) connected to the descending section water-cooled screen (27), an ascending section water-cooled screen (29) connected to the water-cooled screen collection header (28), and an ascending section water-cooled outlet header (30) connected to the ascending section water-cooled screen (29). The descending section water-cooled screen (27) and the ascending section water-cooled screen (29) constitute a dual return layout. Employment of the dual return layout in the boiler allows the boiler chamber wall outlet header (24) and the descending section water-cooled inlet header (26) to be arranged on the top of a boiler chamber (23), and the length of pipe connection to be reduced, thus the size of a heated area required on a water-cooled boiler chamber wall (231-234) is reduced, and the height of the boiler chamber is lowered.
