A LED driving power supply circuit, a LED driving power supply and a lighting device are provided, and the LED driving power supply circuit includes an over-voltage protection unit, an alternating current input filter unit, a full-wave rectification unit and a single power conversion stage. The single power conversion stage includes an auxiliary power supply circuit, a switch circuit and a switch control unit; the auxiliary power supply circuit is used to provide auxiliary power supply for the switch circuit; the switch circuit is used to control the output power supply by turning on or off the switch; and the switch control unit is used to control the switch circuit dynamically according to the information collected on the switch circuit. Through dynamically controlling the switch circuit by the switch control unit of the single power conversion stage, the solution improves the overall efficiency when the LED driving power supply circuit works.
