The invention relates to systems based on using pre-cast concrete slabs (1) that incorporate a reinforcing lattice (3) as an integral part of the same, which makes the use of the traditional wood panels used in conventional formworks for reticular concrete blocks unnecessary, since the pre-cast concrete slabs (1) act as strengthening and replacement elements for the formworks by providing continuity of the concrete block on the bottom. This avoids the use of wood panels utilized as flat and horizontal elements of conventional formworks, such that once the pre-cast slabs (1) are on site with the integrated frame, along with the corresponding lightening and joist filler blocks (6), concrete can be poured to form the corresponding compression layer (7) and structural ribs.
