GAS-SOLID SEPARATOR FOR CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED BOILER AND BOILER CONTAINING THE SAME

Disclosed is a gas-solid separator for a circulating fluidized bed boiler, which comprises a downstream flue (8) and an upstream flue (16) which are partitioned from front to back by a flue-gas-guiding double-bend membrane screen (9). The downstream flue (8) and upstream flue (16) are communicated via an angled channel (20) with a storage bin (21) which is hermetically installed below the flues. The front upper part and the back upper part of the gas-solid separator are respectively provided with a flue gas inlet (6) and a flue gas outlet (19), and the four walls of the gas-solid separator are cooling walls integrated with the boiler for cooling heated water. The gas-solid separator also comprises an even-flow separating pipe bundle (44, 46) positioned on the angled channel (20), the upper end of which is communicated with the flue-gas-guiding double-bend membrane screen (9), and the lower end is communicated with a lower transverse collecting header. The invention also discloses a circulating fluidized bed boiler containing two sets of gas and solid separators described above.
