Provided is a blood collection tube for measuring a blood glucose level, with which high drug solubility in blood is achieved, a drug is easily dissolved even if the number of tumble-mixing operations is small, and an anticoagulant ability and an inhibitory effect on glycolysis can be reliably exhibited.The blood collection tube comprising a first drug which is obtained by adhering and drying a first drug solution containing an acid having an acid dissociation constant pKa of 3.7 ± 1.0 and a pH of 3.0 to 6.0 and a second drug obtained by adhering and drying a second drug solution containing at least an ethylenediamine tetraacetate salt onto the inner wall of a tube with a bottom, which is a constituent member of the blood collection tube, wherein at least one of the first and second drug solutions contains a fluoride salt in an amount of 0.2 to 3.0 mg in terms of NaF per milliliter of blood to be collected; and a method for producing the blood collection tube comprising a step of preparing the first drug solution and the second drug solution, a step of applying the first and second drug solutions to the inner wall of a tube with a bottom by spraying, and a step of drying the applied first and second drug solutions.
