A method for extracting oils and fats from microalgae is disclosed, comprising the following steps: (1) pelletizing microalgae powder to obtain microalgae powder pellets; (2) panning the microalgae powder pellets obtained in step (1); and (3) subjecting the panned microalgae powder pellets obtained in step (2) to sub-critical fluid extraction to obtain mixed oils and algae cake free of oils.
