BLADE STATIC LOADING PLATFORM AND BLADE STATIC TESTING SYSTEM

A blade static loading platform comprises: a platform base (200) for mounting the blade, a loading device (310) and a displacement driving mechanism (320). The loading device (310) comprises: a rotary driving mechanism, a base (311) and a loading frame (312). The loading frame (312) is assembled on the base (311) by the rotary mechanism, and a loading driving mechanism (314) is assembled on the loading frame (312). There is a track (220) on the platform base, and the base (311) slides on the track (220). When the blade is forced to be bent, and the angle of loading declination between the normal line of the blade on the loading point and the direction of the loading force is too large, the loading device (310) will be moved relative to the platform base (200) along the track (220), and the loading frame (312) will be rotated relative to the base (311), so as to adjust the direction of the loading force, and make the direction of the loading force consistent with the normal line of the blade on the loading point, or keep the angle of loading declination between the two in a predetermined range, without changing the position of the loading point. By this the difference between the loading force and the actual load of the normal line direction of the blade on the loading point can be reduced. A blade static testing system which comprises said blade static loading platform is also provided.
