METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED DETECTION AND ANALYSIS IN PEDIATRIC ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY

A method and system for automated detection and analysis by a pediatric electrocardiograph, comprising: a signal collection module (20), a number-of-leads determination module (21), a QRS wave locator module (22), a P and T wave locator module (23), a template and waveform analysis module (24), an automatic comparison module (25) and a display and printing module (30). The system provides supplementary computer analysis for pediatric electrocardiography and, being applicable to same using different numbers of leads, has a wide range of clinical uses, locating by means of a single or multiple leads the feature points of P, QRS and T waves which easily experience interference in pediatric electrocardiography, while avoiding the calculation errors attributable to use of a single lead, and ensuring the accuracy of parameter calculation, thereby ensuring the ultimate accuracy of the results of the automated analysis.
