Disclosed are a goods trading system with intermediary warehousing function, method and computer-readable storage medium. The system comprises: a trade client apparatus, a delivery matching unit, and an intermediary warehouse management unit. The method comprises: a trader requesting delivery first inputs delivery information via the trade client apparatus; the delivery matching unit then performs delivery matching accordingly; after the matching of the two sides of delivery is complete, if the declared delivery quantity of the buyer is not equal to the declared delivery quantity of the seller, the intermediary warehouse management unit sends an instruction to a designated trader for submitting the seller delivery declaration, designating the trader to enter the market and make the delivery. The installation of the intermediary warehousing management unit allows for increased goods trading delivery quantities within a short period of time.
