The vibration reduction apparatus for the concrete truck-mounted boom comprises: a vibration control unit (11), which is connected to an electromagnetic proportional valve (12) of a boom oil cylinder (2), a boom-end vibration monitoring unit (20) for monitoring an amplitude parameter of an end-section (14) of the boom (13) and transmitting an amplitude parameter signal to the vibration control unit (11), and a boom posture monitoring unit (20) for monitoring an angular parameter of the boom (13) and transmitting an angular parameter signal to the vibration control unit (11). The concrete pump truck of the present invention also comprises the vibration reduction apparatus for the concrete pump truck-mounted boom. The vibration reduction method for the concrete pump truck-mounted boom of the present invention comprises the following steps: monitoring an operation parameter of a concrete pump and the boom (13); generating a control signal on the basis of the monitoring parameter, outputting a control current for the electromagnetic proportional valve (12), and controlling the location of a piston of the boom oil cylinder (2); wherein the monitoring parameter of the boom (13) comprises the vibration amplitude parameter of the boom end-section (14) and the angular parameter of the boom (13).
