A mounting member attachment arrangement for attaching a mounting member (1) used to mount a structure onto objects (5,6), wherein the mounting member (1) has a resin filled portion (1a) that is filled with resin (2), and at least one first hole (1b) that is disposed on an opposite side from the objects on which the structure is mounted and that passes through to the resin filled portion (1a), wherein a part of a screw member (3) that penetrates the resin filled portion (1a) through the first hole (1b) and that has been screwed into the objects (5,6) is secured in contact with the resin that has been filled in the resin filled portion (1a).
