The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition formed by slime from the snail Helix aspersa müller (Cryptophalus aspersus) (5% to 50%) and pharmaceutically acceptable additives and/or carriers to form a formulation with intermediate to high viscosity (50 to 1000 Pa-s). Said composition in the form of a cream or gel permeates a gauze-type material in the form of a patch, bandage or sock for application to ulcerous wounds or other similar skin conditions. The composition may contain natural extracts, such as extract of calendula, propolis and vegetable oils. The invention further relates to the method for obtaining the composition and to the use thereof in preparing a medication or device for preventing or treating ulcerous conditions or wounds with a poor prognosis, caused by metabolic pathologies such as Diabetes Mellitus, gout, Lesch Nyhan syndrome or other skin conditions, including psoriasis, keratosis, onychomycosis and dermatomycosis, among others. 展开▼
