The present invention relates to a functional plant cultivation apparatus having an automatic water-supplying function. The functional plant cultivation apparatus includes: a container (1) which supplies fluid when a plug (2) is not separated from an inlet (11) defined in the lower portion thereof; a plant cultivation apparatus body (3) having a plant cultivation space (5) in which a plant is cultivated, the outer lower end of the plant cultivation apparatus body (3) being coupled to a container holder (4) for seating the container (1); an upper vent hole (31) defined in a lower portion of the plant cultivation apparatus body (3) to supply the fluid supplied from the container (1) into the plant cultivation space (5); a pair of partition walls (52) protruding from a bottom surface of the plant cultivation space (5) so as to define a water path (51) for inducing the fluid discharged through the upper vent hole (31) into one side of the plant cultivation space (5); and a separation membrane plate (6) seated on the partition walls (52) to prevent the water path (51) from being blocked, the separation membrane plate (6) including a plurality of cut pieces (61) inclinedly cut downward into a triangular shape so as to supply the fluid upward and smoothly provide an environment in which moisture is supplied according to the growth of the roots of the plant.
