A method for manufacturing a dispersion-type inorganic electroluminescence lamp including a board, a front electrode, a phosphor receiving a voltage to excite electrons to emit light, a light-emitting layer consisting of a phosphor and ink that is mixed with a dielectric assisting in the movement of the electrons of the phosphor, a dielectric layer, and a rear surface electrode, all of which are stacked in series, includes: a first printing step of printing the light-emitting layer; and a second printing step of printing the light-emitting layer before the ink of the light-emitting layer printed in the first print step is dried.
