Disclosed in the present invention is a dual-polarization radiation unit, which comprises metal reflective base plate and two pairs of vibrators arranged on the metal reflective base plate; the vibrator arms of each pair of vibrators are parallel to each other or in a straight line, the vibrator arms between the two pairs of vibrators are vertical to each other. Also disclosed in the present invention is a broadband dual-polarization base station antenna, which arranged linearly by a plurality of dual-polarization radiation units. The present invention has the following advantages: the cost is greatly reduced by matching the shape of the vibrator arms with the feeding manner of the vibrators and utilizing an integration of sheet metal stamping and bending; the distance between the vibrators is increased, and the distance between the radiation units is increased at the same time, so that design difficulty of antenna isolation degree is reduced; the characteristics of simple and compact structure, high performance, easiness of manufacture, convenience for installation and use, wide bandwidth, high gain, favorable cross polarization ratio, and favorable isolation performance are achieved.
