Disclosed is a carbon/carbon-titanium carbide nanometer multilayer film plated on a whole metal joint head and mortar cup surface, the multilayer film is constituted alternately of carbon layers with a monolayer thickness of 15-30 nm and carbon-titanium carbide composite layers with a monolayer thickness of 15-30 nm. The nanometer multilayer film contains the components in weight percent of: 88-96% carbon, and 4-12% TiC. The total thickness of the film is 2.0-3.0 μm. The nanometer multilayer film of the whole metal joint head and mortar cup surface has excellent wear-resisting performance and a high bearing capacity in a simulated human body environment, and also a strong corrosion protection effect for alloy, good biocompatibility and a low histological response, with no adverse tissue response or allergic response in the human body, so it can greatly improve the service life of a combined artificial joint in the human body.
