Provided are a moisture absorption/desorption unit, a humidity conditioning system, and an air humidity adjustment device with which humidity can be controlled.The moisture absorption/desorption unit (10) is equipped with a humidity-conditioning member (13) that is formed in the shape of a plate or a tube of a prescribed thickness from a humidity-conditioning material which absorbs water vapor in the air at a prescribed relative humidity and discharges water vapor at a relative humidity lower than the prescribed relative humidity, and a temperature-changing device (15) that is arranged on one surface of the humidity-conditioning member (13) and changes the temperature of the humidity-conditioning member (13). In addition, by changing the temperature of the humidity-conditioning member (13) with the temperature-changing device (15), the relative humidity of the humidity-conditioning member (13) can be changed, and the absorption and discharge of water vapor in the air by means of the humidity-conditioning member (13) can be controlled. The humidity-conditioning system (1) is equipped with the moisture absorption/desorption unit (10), a temperature adjustment mechanism (21) that adjusts the temperature of a heating medium (CH) supplied to the temperature-changing device (15), and a control device (31) that controls the adjustment of the temperature of the heating medium (CH) by the temperature adjustment mechanism (21). The air humidity adjustment device is equipped with the moisture absorption/desorption unit and a space-forming member that forms a space on the outside thereof.
