The device has a power amplifier (PA) including output impedance (Z1) and an antenna (ANT) including input impedance (Z2). An impedance-matching network is provided between the amplifier and the antenna. The network comprises an impedance-matching filter (Fadp) located between the amplifier and antenna and the thin film bulk wave acoustic resonators. One of the resonators comprises a perovskite type material i.e. barium strontium titanate, and an application unit for applying a voltage to the resonator so as to vary permittivity and impedance of the resonator.
