A digital holography device (1A) for widening the range of view and the range of measurement is provided with: an image capturing element (6) that generates a parallel phase shift hologram that is recorded on the pixels of the image capturing element (6) and includes two types of hologram information in which the phase shift of the reference beam is different; a complex amplitude generation unit (3) that applies primary interpolation to a first and second hologram extracted from the parallel phase shift hologram so as to generate primary interpolated complex amplitudes that have a plurality of primary interpolated regions, and applies secondary interpolation to the first and second hologram so as to generate secondary interpolated complex amplitudes that have a plurality of secondary interpolated regions; and a spatial-frequency distribution generation unit (4) that extracts the primary interpolated regions of the primary interpolated complex amplitudes and the secondary interpolated regions of the secondary interpolated complex amplitudes, generates a spatial-frequency distribution, and reproduces a three-dimensional image of a subject on the basis of the spatial-frequency distribution.
