Disclosed is an outer insulating composite wall of an outer wall with bearers (1-5). Inner ends of the bearers (1-5) are fixed to a main architecture structure (10) or a base wall (1). The bearers (1-5) are kind of overhanging steel trusses with diagonal rods. Insulating layers (3) are arranged outside the base wall (1). Steel bars (4) are arranged outside the insulating layers (3) and connected to the bearers (1-5). A metal mesh is fixed with the steel bars (4). The steel bars (4) and the metal mesh are arranged in a protective layer (8) connected with the insulating layers (3). Steel bars (4) are fixed to the main architecture structure (10) or the base wall (1) by internal and external guy wires (9). The outer insulating composite wall of an outer wall can achieve the effect of avoiding damage to the concrete template, saving labor and consumption of welding material, and performing convenient construction work.
