The method involves testing a calibration module based on a near infrared spectroscopy spectrum of probes, and measuring the near infrared spectroscopy spectrum of interaction of the probes. A content of components in raw milk to be tested is determined according to the calibrating module under consideration of a tested result. The calibration-charge of the raw milk is selected with uncorrelated variations of the fat content and distribution parameter of the fat content. The calibration module is determined under observation of the variation of distribution parameter of the milk.
