The invention provides a silicone rubber curable composition with which silicone rubber having excellent tensile strength and tear strength is obtained, a method for producing a silicone rubber using the silicone rubber curable composition, and a molded article that uses the silicone rubber, as well as a tube for medical use that is formed from the molded article. The silicone rubber curable composition of the invention is characterized in comprising a vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A), an organohydrodiene polysiloxane (B), silica particles (C), a silane coupling agent (D), and platinum or a platinum compound (E).
