The invention relates to a composition comprising docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), one or more triglycerides of straight-chain saturated fatty acids having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms and vegetable superoxide dismutase (SOD). The composition according to the invention is suitable in the treatment of cystic fibrosis and/or non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis, in particular in paediatrics.
