A transaction information confirmation device, electronic signature tool and system, and electronic signature method are disclosed. Said method includes: after receiving transaction information of the current transaction sent by a transaction terminal, the electronic signature tool sends part or all of the transaction information to a connected transaction information confirmation device; after receiving the transaction information sent by the electronic signature tool, the transaction information confirmation device displays the received transaction information on a display of the transaction information confirmation device for a user to confirm the current transaction; after receiving a confirmation transaction instruction used for confirming the current transaction, the electronic signature tool generates signature data used for the current transaction using part or all of the transaction information, and sends the generated signature data to the transaction terminal. In the present invention, by using the display set on the transaction information confirmation device to display the transaction information, it is not necessary to set a display module on the electronic signature tool. Thus reducing cost of the electronic signature tool and improving portability of the electronic signature tool.
