Disclosed is a method for optical fibre link detection in a passive optical network, including: allocating an uplink bandwidth to an ONU, and configuring an idle bandwidth after the uplink bandwidth; receiving an uplink optical signal sent from the ONU in the uplink bandwidth; and detecting whether an optical signal matching the uplink optical signal is received in the idle bandwidth, and judging whether or not an end face secondary reflection has occurred in the optical fibre link between the ONU and an OLT according to the detection result. Further disclosed are an optical fibre link detection system and device in a passive optical network.
