Disclosed is a downtilt angle adjustment apparatus for an electrically down tilt antenna, comprising: a drive device, configured to drive the shifting of at least one phase shifter to achieve downtilt angle adjustment of the electrically down tilt antenna; and a downtilt angle display device, the downtilt angle display device being coupled to the drive device and configured to indicate, in the manner of digital display or mechanical rotation, the change of the downtilt angle incurred by the phase shifter driven by the drive device. The embodiments of the present invention effectively reduce the packaging volume of an antenna and save the packaging cost and transportation cost.
