Method and assembly for optimising the room parameters of exposure to sonic waves, lighting and air conditioning

The method involves determining how much people are present at a location of a room within a definable time span. An image of a vacant room is compared with a reference image of an occupied room. Occupancy of the room is determined by detecting digital or digitized signals by an infrared image detection. Exposure to sonic waves, lighting and air conditioning of a room is adjusted in terms of an acoustic quality and energy saving during exposure to sonic waves, lighting and air conditioning corresponding to determined results by corresponding control signals. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for performing a method for optimizing a parameter of exposure to sonic waves, lighting and air conditioning of a room according to qualitative and quantitative criteria.
