Disclosed is an energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a polymer component and an energy ray polymerization initiator, the polymer component being (A) a (meth)acrylate copolymer that includes a hydroxyl group or an energy ray-curable functional group in its molecule and has a mass average molecular weight of 500,000 to 1,000,000, and a content of components having a molecular weight of 2,000,000 or more in the polymer component being 15 mass% or less. Also disclosed is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for inspecting stampers comprising a substrate sheet and an energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the substrate sheet using said energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. According to the present invention, the energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that exhibits excellent adhesion to a substrate sheet and excellent durability and is able to be separated and removed easily from an adherend without leaving any residual material can be formed. And also a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for inspecting stampers comprising an energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by using said composition is provided.
